When a giant bird falls from the sky in China, its pet bird takes a big bite out of it
A giant bird fell from the skies in China and a pet bird was killed after it landed on its neck, officials said Wednesday.
The bird landed on the pet bird’s neck after hitting it with its beak on the golf course at the Rimu Golf Course in Beijing’s Shaanxi province.
The incident took place on Wednesday morning at the course, which is part of the Rimusu Golf Club in the heart of China’s Sichuan province.
“The bird is a little bit weak, but the bird has survived the incident,” said Wang Wei, a deputy superintendent of the Shandong Municipal Government’s animal rescue and control department.
The animal is a black and white cheetah-type bird with a black body with red stripes.
It has a yellow head and red eyes.
A local news site reported that the bird was attacked by a dog on Wednesday.
A spokesman for China’s Ministry of Forestry said on Wednesday that the incident happened after the bird landed near a group of people who were playing on the course.
The ministry has launched an investigation into the incident, he added.
A similar incident happened in 2013 at the Wuhan Golf Club, which has about 6,000 people.
A white bird was hit with a stick by a group, and its beaks split open, according to a report in The Beijing News.
A report on the Wufan incident said the bird’s beak “is swollen and swollen is still bleeding.”
The bird’s owner was arrested on suspicion of negligence and causing a severe animal injury.
