When golf courses close, where do you put your money?
It’s a question we often hear from people who are worried about how they’ll get by when they’re out of work or have limited options for living.
But if you’re like most Americans, you’ll probably never see your golf courses open again.
But there are some exceptions.
Here’s a look at what golf courses across the country have been doing with their money.1.
Lakeland Country Club, Fla.

And the Oakville club reopened this year after more years of closure.
The golf course closures were not unusual.
But these are the ones that seem particularly significant to us.
The closures of golf courses are the biggest public health and safety problem facing the U.S. and are a major threat to our country, according to the American Golf Association.
They’re also an indicator of how our economy is changing, said Robert Siegel, a professor at George Washington University who studies economic development.
